Common issues

  • Logon rejected – verify SenderCompID, TargetCompID, and credentials.
  • Sequence mismatch – engine restarted with lower sequence numbers.
  • No connectivity – firewall or routing issues to FIXSIM endpoints.

Reset sequence numbers

Apply a reset when you intentionally restart your engine and want to realign sequence numbers with FIXSIM.
